it is very clear .. talking at cross purposes
the pattern change out specific to DRS %s on 3.1.19 .. imo
came from something NR *ascertained* in mid to late Feb 2019
that spooked them (NR)
not to put too fine a point on it
mgmt diluting would not spook NR
and how telling that mgmt's 13M~ dilution in regards to the I/O (which again
NR always CONflates with the FLOAT) in the last 4 months of 2018 would be
*CONveyed* via almost 55M~ in *volume* injected by NR .. almost 20M~ *more
volume* than was done in the first 8 months of 2018
it never did pass the smell test for those with basic understanding
but it does follow NRs' agenda to a T
