Just received a note from Morgan Stanley. They don't believe the economy will recover this year. That's a material source of information.
Fortunately, they modify their approach to take advantage of it. If a deal happens with China, they will change again.
My guess is IPIX will stay with their agenda, move forward without much fanfare until they believe it make a permanent difference. EU news would be my first choice as would a significant partnership and significant P3 progress here and abroad. Those taking a position recently can wait it out too. Traders will trade in either direction.
