Yes indeed, great things to come for sure! First and foremost, financials need to be fixed. could take a little while (longer than some want to wait) but they will do what's best for the company to move forward. We now have someone in charge with the right mindset, we should all take comfort in that. I know being patient at this point seems like a lot to ask of their share holders, but truthfully, that's all we can be. I personally have my retirement in this... and since I never expected to retire tomorrow, all I need to know is that they have a great long term structure in place and I am good to go. Plus, I am still building my retirement elsewhere. Early retirement is always a nice thought, but definitely not expected.
