i'm a huge believer in not getting lost in minutiae (forest/trees)
i'm an observer of patterns and when those observed patterns actually change out
as i've noted a few x now
IPIX (stock) has had 2 recent significant pattern change outs
the first was underway on 9.12.18 .. *NR injected mostly bogus volume* for reasons previously noted
the second was underway on March 1, 2019 .. which leads me to speculate
that NR actually gleaned something specific to affect how they *report* in mid to late Feb 2019
last week's efforts .. are still being digested .. beyond the obvious
remember everything retail has sans daily historical and DRS %s' reported
is dated data in arrears
makes for a very non level playing field .. but i suspect that surprises no one here
as for the leeway .. you'd have to review previous posts about YOY %s (-)
and when NR (as i termed it) got zooey about them
upcoming en route with 52 week high changing out (resetting) lower this week
