Correct, and they won't be until the move to Colorado. Current A/S is 5,030,000,000. In Colorado, the share structure is setup as AS: 4,020,000,000. When the move occurs, over 1 billion shares are canceled. I think the 1.4 billion stated is a typo (maybe confused with the 1.4 Steve surrendered). IMO, it should only be 1.01 billion.

But Steve HAS surrendered his shares as reflected in the O/S which is not the same as canceling those shares. Two separate events.
