IF there's any truth to your attempted validation of a CEO response sent to Ccrisxx205@mail.com, those words could mean anything.
I could easily guess that the CEO's response to you could mean
"we are waiting on any counteroffer(s) to finalize negotiations for the best deal."
But no CEO is going to give you my type answer during negotiations
as it is a private matter between the companies negotiating that should
be kept confidential and not shared with shareholders, especially you
as first to know the exactness before any other shareholders.
He gave you the best answer he could without telling you where they
may be in negotiations.
Really, no one on this board knows, your guessing like others.
