Only item of interest in the 10Q IMO was going to be the financing question and the 8K today took care of that. Can't see what major news could come out of 10Q as the deal obviously wasn't signed by end of Mar, EMA hadn't been in discussions yet, and there wasn't much additional money to do anything else.
Don't see the 10Q as being that newsworthy, but that is OK as we all know a deal seems to be fairly imminent due to the structure of funds per the 8K.
Wonder if with the new monies expected that we now may soon hear the update, as recently stated by mgt to be forthcoming, on the IBD progress
Also would like to get some possible word on the K pill advancement .
