I'm really surprised they revoked the registration. They went to considerable expense and effort to bring the financials current and for what? I'm wondering what other issues influenced the SECs decision, I know there was some litigation, but still thought they would resume trading. I'm wondering if after the SEC saw the plan they had to reorganize the Company that they decided Management was not holding up their fiduciary responsibility to shareholders. That would make sense. Maybe someone else knows more?
