It's very good actually. GHS is clearly working with RMHB to help them become a huge success by negotiating a favorable amendment to the previous promissory notes. They didn't have to do that.

The pps will be much higher approaching conversion dates, and as mentioned already, there will very likely by ample cash to cover any remaining convertible debts at that point in time. We just need to remain patient a little bit longer as we approach the wrap up on everything in development.
