You seem to assume that because Garrett is a former Allied guy that some type of working arrangment is imminent with the other guys...I wouldn't be so sure. I think it would be good news if it did happen, but would not hold my breath.

The landscape has changed dramatically since they last talked about working together. The stakes are hgher now, and the players are different. How much money does the new company have?Is it enough to finance a processing plant and a dredging effort? If they have 300k or 500k are they willing to spend it in SL? If Sunergy has raised money why would they need anyone to JV with? Why didn't the company that bought the sands enter into sort of agreement for the purchase of additional product, at least an opion for more?

As mentioned in my pevious post, I welcome any former Allied guys because of their experience with the Pampana, but whether or not Sney will strike a deal to work with them or any other company remains to be seen.
