I'm not a Vulcan. What keeps my emotions in check is knowing the timing. IMHO we will not see a thin dime from the Feds until the 2Q19 on 8/14 because of the FY budget fiasco & shutdown. I'm cool with that so I won't get "emotional" until 8/15.
