"I told you all I can" CEO Mark Kay is a conservative, retired banking executive who plays by the rules. Those rules include Non Disclosure Agreements and the Government's Confidentiality Statement. I believe Mark wants to: stay out of jail, avoid a heavy fine and keep contracts. Am I missing something here? It gets down to a matter of trust. From all the great DD shared here longs believe we are on the cusp of greatness. Most of us also believe in Mark's leadership on this and understand his discretion.
