I believe a partner is the ultimate goal. I like this, at first I was disappointed because we are expecting bigger, but getting past that, they are using 3.5M new shares to entice warrant holders to covert at 40c, giving $3M. Dr. Welch and Mr. Klump participated and can't sell with inside information, even after that it would take a sec filing, which is a very positive sign in my opinion. The other 3 that participating are probably selling some old shares and replacing them with the new restricted shares.
I would be fine with this type of financing to get the revenue, I believe $20M burn remaining until revenue. (3.3M burn per month * 6 months).

Not that I think that is what is going to happened. I'm surprised no one commented on the Pfizer right next door to their video shoots. That seems a very likely possibility.
