I agree being close to most of the major milestones will be Approval advances and likely not move the share price significantly upon announcement.
However, the ‘pleasantly surprised very soon’ NP specifically stated fundraising (and we are fundraising we hope to pleasantly surprise everyone very soon about what we are going to do). I could be dreaming, but my interpretation is the pleasant surprise is finance related and not a science milestone.
