I believe they didn't convert the first couple of month and then converted all over the last two months, if you look at the last 10Q, they requested share a few times in March. I don't like that personally, I think they should have a 30 day limit between requests and not save them all up at once an convert.
Anyway, the OS kept going up last month, until last week, so my guess is they have caught up on their allotments and are finishing selling those shares, but I'll keep an eye on it.

I'm surprised at the number of private placements share selling today. The Def 14A said, "As of April 11, 2019, the Company only had 24,144 shares of Common Stock authorized and unreserved for issuance, which would be available for such purposes." If not for that, with all the selling, I would be expecting a 8k with 40c shares and 50c warrants. So, I assume this is some one that participated in previous placements selling, concerned it will go lower.
I bought all the 39c shares last Thursday and Friday, and had a 39c bid today, because personally I believe we are going to bounce at this price after some consolidation, especially if the OS does not go up. But that is just my opinion. At least I'm putting my money where my mouth is though, instead of being full of opinions with 'no skin in the game' like say Suvorov.
