Yes convenient timing, but I doubt the meeting date has anything to do with expected ODD FDA decision timeline.

The increase to AS may pass, but it would have much better support if they can get the share price to appreciate before then. None of us want to dilute anywhere near our current level, so voting in favor for such possibility is not a fun decision for each of us to make at this point. I prefer to make educated decisions based on all known or available information, so personally, I am holding my vote until closer to 22 May to see what develops between now and then. Unfortunately, the proxyvote is due 21 May and anyone not attending will need to make our decision based on data released between now and then. I am still somewhat optimistic that a PCa license deal will be announced before then, but I'm not holding my breath.
