K&T: You are absolutely right. It is a stated goal to use profits to reduce O/S and that reduction will benefit shareholders with beginning of future dividends. Buy back could begin late fall and dividends in 2020 if business plan unfolds as intended with anticipated funding. Exciting times ahead for all of us for sure.
