The SEC wouldn't even bat an eye imo. First of all, this is on the OTCBB. Run ups on anticipation happen every day in this arena. It is possible that some other forum picked IPIX based on Fridays action to take a position and pump on message boards. There are some obvious pump/dump forums out there that pretty much only play pennies and micros. I'm not talking about only Iflub.
Though, this run and if it continues, could simply be some theoretically educated deep pockets that believe the deal is on edge of being announced. Judging by the EU meeting and the last PR, they may believe it is about time to take their stake. Buy on rumor right??
