I think the share reduction occurred back in February 21 as noted in OTC. But the revised letter said the opposite and mentioned it will happens when it moves to CO. I do not know why this happens and why do we have to wait for the move. This does not make sense at all. These two are two independent identities. SB, again, needs to explain this discrepancy. This does not look good on SB and shows his lack of leadership as well as knowledge.
