What confuses this matter even more is OTCMKTS is showing
the 1.4B reduction as OFFICIAL as of 2/21/19 ???????

Do we believe what OTCMKTS is saying as of 2/21/19????
or do we believe what the ATTORNEY LETTER is
saying as of 4/23/19 ????
