I agree Zadie SB should have just explained about the 1.4B situation
before we had to see the changes in terms
in the ATTORNEY LETTER.
I'm just speculating here but my guess as to why he had to
take back the 1.4B reduction with the stipulation it will
now only happen once the move to CO is official is because
it was the only way to get the YIELD SIGN off and be
cleared by OTCMKTS.
