Update: "Given Rotmans consolidation & resulting Vystar year-end change to April 30, we were unsure if a Q1 filing was necessary. Companies historically release an 8K with financials only. 95% of the work on the Q is completed so we plan to release our 10Q timely, then a combined 10K."
