I think this little tidbit in the PR is important. If. and I say if, J&J and or Platinum are discussing whether or not to settle the case ahead of time, then surely they are keeping a close eye on the progress and the viability of this technology. I consider TBG the elephant in their room. They can't ignore it.

Of course, J&J might not give a rats a$$ about the technology since they are no longer in the test strip business. However, I think Platinum has a major interest GenUltimate! TBG.

My question is: Does Platinum or J&J have any way of knowing what the accuracy numbers really look like for TBG?
