I can tell you for sure my feelings aren't hurt I'm just pissed that the CEO can not do a job he's paid handsomely to do, his professionalism is sub standard, he does lie, he doesn't follow through with any details of deals he has stated he would do so on, brought on a lot more toxic debt that was used to expand the business when it couldn't even support its self at the time, there is a right time to grow a business or there's a time when trying to do so hurts it more than helps it which I feel he has done.

Doubling his salary is not justified at all with his actions and inability to take care of some simply business things.

Call me a complainer if you wish or sell and move on doesn't bother me in the least, I have a lot of money tied up in this that should have been making money now, yet its losing me money,

There is a lot of shareholders who could tank the PPS down more if they wish to do so, maybe they want or maybe they will only they know this.
