Mary imo Tiger is right on this one SB had to take back the
share reduction and clarify in the ATTORNEY LETTER
the 1.4B reduction only happens with the move to
CO.
Otc markets simply has not updated the NEW O/S of
4/23/19 with the ATTORNEY LETTER of 4.96B
Only SB can come clean and clarify if it is any different NOW
but going by the latest filings that is what it is right now.
