After listening to the public testimony I heard ALL FOR the Bill 1325 to pass and did not catch any testimony against it. Near the end it was clarified that passage would allow the 'growing' of HEMP legally in Texas, but over a month ago the it was taken off some schedule list as no longer illegal to 'sell' HEMP products with CBD in Texas. -- all good. It ended with the Bill "pending".
