With 350 dose they giving 1ml to each side of the abdomen , this is 175 mg of medicine in each 1 ml.
They were worry about local reaction when they need to give 2 ml for total 700 mg ..350 to each side .,,
Reaction is not much stronger , so I was thinking that they should try 350 in one shot to other patients but I don’t believe that they doing that yet .,,
