Someone at the FDA or EMA may have leaked something -- for instance, plans for commencement of Phase 3. Or perhaps simply the notes from one or both meetings might contain something that frightens the shorts.

The one source that is NOT possible is from IPIX itself. Everyone at IPIX has everything to lose and nothing to gain from leaks.
