not accurate SB said he wouldn't do another 3A10 type dilution
and he hasn't, he didn't say he would never issue anymore shrs.
Bottom line is the A/S is virtually maxed out now so
SB if he raises the A/S to do more dilution then
we'll know its all over here, but imo he wont
have to going forward.
