Zadie because SB wants to ACCELERATE growth going forward
with HEXA divisions and being a pink sheet SB simply didn't
have many good options so he went with this dilution,
BUT only to the point of MAXING out the O/S.

Now that we are there and combined with ONCI at
Record Revenue pace on existing business and
hopefully 2nd PL launch soon ONCI should have a
flood of CASH coming in and no more need for
dilution and we should see the fruits of SB plans
to build out HEXA in the coming weeks.
