On Sept, 2018, Dr. Dalton posted on his linkedin page a picture of Ken Frazier and an article about Merck extending the CEO age. Shortly after that Daltonmade a post saying Merck now following UNVC. Then he made that post toodles just quoted. Not just a coincidence IMO.
