Thanks! I knew we had it for combo and wasn’t sure about mono and didn’t have time to look it up when responding to Grip.....so I just used his words ‘FTD for HIV’....thanks for confirming. Were they denied FTD for mono or does it not meet the criteria due to current HAART SOC meds?
