I have mentioned this before - I fully expect 1 day of halted trading as a "dormant shell" trading at .005 is suddenly going to "gap up" to $1 - that will need a full day of verification as there is so much to verify !!
All the parts of the conglomeration must be verified and any deals or joint ventures that are announced in the filings will also need to be verified.
I also expect Dr Dalton to be interviewed immediately on CNBC and perhaps with some of the other principal players.
Once we know the A/S, O/S and Float - we will have a great idea of how fast UNVC will explode as we know how much of the float is in "our hands".
All the flippers for "cans of soda money" will need Dr Dalton's products to prevent them from having a "nervous breakdown" once they realize that they had the opportunity that happens only "once in a life-time" and they "let it slip away".
If we have "locked" most of the float - UNVC can easily explode to $10 imo
