Just a rough estimate based on the chart that was posted in 2010 when they listed the half-life

It is log scale so hard to estimate, 162mg peak was 6.1 mg/L , So I made lines for 3 and 1.5, look like 4.5 day half-life at that dose. Then 324mg was 13.8 peak, so that is looking like 6.5 day.
So the 10 day half-life is probably for 525mg and 700mg.
