During last presentation in NYC , Dr NP said , 26 weeks after the first 10 weeks on 525 , we had 95% efficacy !!
This time made me more comfortable than 4 weeks overlap and total 10 weeks with 95% efficacy !!!
I remember with one week overlap they saw the most patients failing within 10 weeks , so within 9 weeks after HAART was stopped ...
I guess we will see what will happen in another few weeks with 4 weeks overlap ..,
So half life is 10 days ....
