A 12.5 million dollar sale of stock and move on is all you have to say. After all the statements made about your prior legal issues. You're facing being barred from being an officer of this or any public company by the SEC and personally I could care less about any fines and other financial penalties you may face. The SEC laid out a very painful picture. Company ownership and stock transfers are easily tracked and that puts you right in the middle of why this company and it's value collapsed. Simple political rhetoric is not an answer to the question I posed to you. All it does is minimize your consideration of all of us shareholders.
So since I have no intention of debating politics. I will ask you about straight forward business issues. It seems to me there are a hundred or more other investors who are not interested in verbal attacks or rhetoric either. They want to know and I would like to know what went on and why with their money and how its going to affect what is left of that money they invested in your company.
So David, could you address the question asked you.
"David, thank you for the reply. Can we start the discussion with the Royal Capital shares. Those are what seems to have diluted the stock to the point a reverse split was necessary. The SEC litigation plainly states those shares went to you and your wife, 1.1 billion of them, and you then sold them to River North for quite a sum of money who in turn sold them into the market. Bills went unpaid at the company and the lawsuits against us piled up and our accounts dwindled to near nothing. That was a lot of money and a lot of damage to both the company and its shareholders. I think an explanation is due to say the least. Since you are following the board, can you respond"
