Yes. some small reduction in new patients was noticed but it was not big . In USA in 2017 there were over 39,000 new diagnosed HIV patients .
Another thing in the last couple of years cases of STD are going up , Usually this mean that HIV will be going up too ...
And worldwide there are about 38 mill HIV patients , no ,there are many patients , and many drug resistant waiting for Leronlimab ..
In USA in 2020 they predicting over 260K MDR2 patients , this will be over 180K CCR5 positive .
During the interview April 15 Dr NP said that after approval of combo in USA , they will immediately apply for approval in Europe , and Europe is twice as big .
I am hoping for vaccination one day , but this will not help the 38 mill patients with HIV infection now .
