Your right reindeer we cant be 100% sure only time will tell,
but again by looking at the share structure it does appear
that THE PLAN was to go up close to the 3.5B level
we're NOW at,
then leave room for the 450M 1A funding which puts
you at max A/S for the 4.0B ceiling for HEXA.
Combine that with ONCI at RECORD REVENUES
collecting $200K NET PROFIT a month I just don't
see any need going forward for anymore toxic dilution.
