Here is an excellent definition of the psychological term "projection.
Of course, that assumes that the person is doing this unconsciously. Are people who appear here only occasionally, when the shorts are panicked, truly demonstrating projection, or are they cynically aware that they are accusing others of what they themselves are doing? Who cares -- the ignore button works well either way.
