Exactly Spot On CC! If I may add -- those that have been in IT and have witnessed the timelines first-hand know with IT HW and SW it can take years with testing/OS upgrades and re-testing/acceptance/accreditation before deals inked and dollars hitting the books!
Then for example with the DSS deal - foreign characters/etc. need to be accounted for in testing to ensure implementation - mission success!
2019 will be the year we depart penny land forever! This Rocket Ship is fixin' to launch hard THIS YEAR!
