You all may be right about how they'll operate, but if no one ever asks for more, they certainly won't change. I don't see any reason not to ask, and I believe that if they intend to raise additional funds, which they will need to do, they could do so at substantially higher stock prices if potential investors could learn more about them from the way they're doing business.
Back when I first learned of the company, one of the first things I saw was their Phase 1 Clinical Trial for the psoriasis cream in the clinical trials database. I don't know what was behind their thinking to put it there, but sadly they didn't update if for years, but recently showed it completed. We know they've spoken about other trials which should begin later this year, but I don't believe anything specific about the trials is known. I think the interest in the company would grow dramatically if those trials were described in the clinical trials database. Just that submission would answer all sorts of questions and even though it was clear the entire trial was being done in Israel, people throughout the medical world would be interested as well.
I believe the company is still trying to be seen as a Biotech, that happens to be using cannabis, not just another cannabis based company. Biotechs running clinical trials put them in the clinical trials database. To me it's clear that the company cannot go through Phase 3 trials on their own, but if they're successful in Phase 1 and perhaps Phase 2 Trials, they should be able to attract a partner. To me, the likelihood of doing so is greater if you can progress their trials in the clinical trials database, so you don't just put the trial there, you routinely update it to show both progress, and delays.
