I have an old friend from college days. Undergrad degree in finance. Worked for Pfizer and Amgen during a long career as a drug rep. Married to a surgeon. Retired to raise the children while spouse worked. Took lots of classes on trading years ago and did lots of day trading while at home with the kids. Plenty of available cash to make it work and time to watch it closely. Quit because losses one year would equal gains the previous year. Seemed to be all luck of the timing. And few people have the available cash to try to make it work that they did. I'll hold what I have and wait for the move.
