I think it hasn't gone up because hardly anyone knows that SFOR's technology is being used in the First Data deal. ACS is getting all the credit in PR/news coverage and SFOR stockholders are left twisting in the wind.

This will continue to happen with all partners unless SFOR management does something about it...or we can just wait to see what the results are in the financials. But PR/News about deals that mention SFOR helps share price more than just financial statements because of trading psychology.
