Good question...yes, it would be nice to have an audit...but...the Reg-A required 2018 filings to the SEC, which were submitted for the world to see...so that "should" leave no doubt as to the validity of what the company believes is accurate, so I would think SB would wait to audit the 2019 numbers. And hopefully, we will be in a position by then to climb the OTC ladder to QB/QX status. At least that's the way I see it...but who knows.
