Riley Howell is the 21 year-old hero student at UNC Charlotte that prevented many deaths this past week by tackling the gunman who was shooting up a classroom. He was shot to death. Riley was a ROTC cadet. There is a petition to the President to grant Riley a military funeral. 100,000 signatures are needed. The petition is here:
