They have Fast Track Designation since a very long time , this is the reason for 6 months , but now they also have rolling review BLA it should be shorter than 6 months , usually is shorter.

And I too think that because Leronlimab activates immune responses , this might be a reason for 95% efficacy with time ..
But hopefully we will hear one day Dr RP explanation , I just cant see any other possibilities ...
