Would think a $200,000,000.00 upfront money from a partner to cover the B's and K in both the US and EU might be better. But's that's me.
Think over $1.00 would be in the rear view mirror. Like taking the off ramp into SF and the .99 would be for those waiting in line to get to the toll booth.
