I'm thinking any profit being made at this point would be better spend building the business and taking care other existing obligations.
Share buy backs are for when you have the cash to afford it. In many cases it just ends up being an artificial prop for the share price if that's why you are doing it
IMHO Ntek has other concerns beyond propping the share price. Get the successful business model in place first and the share price will take care of itself....
