Like many financial people that were employed by very large companies I have been on the board of directors for half a dozen or more companies There is always an indemnification policy that covers all the board members within the scope of their activities. At the same time, as a consultant of sorts, I maintain my own Errors and Omissions coverage. Hirsch is Chairman and as such probably has the same broad authorizations and power he would be granted if a full time employee.........he is listed as a consultant because he does have a number of time consuming business interests outside of OWCP. This is the norm for a company in its early stages; they could never afford to bring someone of his caliber full time.

It is easy to blame the top guy but the company went from over 3.00 to .40 before Hirsch arrived. Between our federal legislators, FDA, influence of major pharmaceutical companies' etc. it is small wonder the medical cannabis industry is struggling.
