Lastly what sinks my heart is the Royal Capital shares. As we investors believe all that is needed is funding to bail out our company and get it back on firm footing. Yet those shares and their value were enough to payoff all our debts and settle all the lawsuits filed against us. The company has stated that that is what they would do with the funding they seek. That and have money left over for needed upgrades to Ultraflix, more modern scanners for 4K Studios and of course, content before the window of opportunity closes to become competitive in 4K streaming.

To find out that David is and was Royal Capital after many denials is a punch to the gut. The SEC can sort out the legality of the shares sold and the manner but those shares were indeed sold into the market as Nanotech public disclosure reports.

Why am I here
Same reason all of us are, following a company we invested in that we wanted to succeed. A company that we put our faith and money into. When you invest in a company you invest in the leadership of the company, the business model they have proposed and have the right to expect that leadership to fulfill their duty the us, the investors, to pursue that model in a manner which benefits its shareholders. Royal Capital being David and that being enough to fund this company and pay its debts and wasn't used to that end is past the point of concern.
